I personally think not.

Personally, I can understand why some people here may have an issue with that

I remember in the Old Days when we were rushing to get out of Pre-Searing even at level 1. And then run to Drok to get our Armor and cap an elite and then go back to Ascalon and do PVP. And the level 10 are complaining for being owned by low level noobs

And we were called "noobs" because we can beat level 10.

A noob player is when he join his lvl 1 character in pvp area and complained against lvl 20 characters who are picking on him.

All my opinions on this matter were already discussed. I'll just sum it up anyways:

When the level cap is reached, skill should take precedence over time invested when comparing the efficiency of 2 different players.

I agree with pretty much everything you have said The Way Out except for this. Are you serious when you wrote this or is it sarcasm?

You're right - one should not have been called a noob while his lvl 1 character had endgame armour and an elite unavailable to the players who had not been rushed.

He should be called a cheater, a griefer and banned from the game for a week in order to have time to medidate upon his actions and rethink his whole purpose of living.

It affects critical hit chances.

Still, the OP is retarded.

No, I meant it. Intelligent players always trump people that are dumbasses. Intelligent people tend to do things the easiest, fastest way, with less obstruction, with the best gain possible, and generally adapt to each and every situation as needed. Dumbasses do things the only way they know how, and carry that same thinking into each and every situation. Intelligent people generally develop a high skill level, and dumbasses generally don't. I know it sounds harsh, but I know both kinds of people. I honestly don't mean to offend people either, however, when I say dumbass... I am talking about the people that are very closeminded and are prone to irratic rude behavior under the assumption that no one can tell them anything because they have all the answer.

On another note, I wanted to take the time out to thank the people that helped me understand the game better. Especially those people that continue to take the time out of their lives to help me develop farming builds and mission builds. You guys rock... and I can't wait until we tear apart gw2 together.
